With unlimited growth potential resulting from these highly effective campaigns, KaizenMG, Inc has created a career advancement program to pass on the successful skills in business building that our leaders have accomplished. Each candidate that enters this management-training program rises to his or her goal of a management position within six to ten months. By skillfully moving through this program, individuals are given the tools they need to successfully represent each client, bringing them the type of marketing and promotional results they seek.

This is a 6-10 month program created specifically for candidates whom exhibit positive attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities include:

  • -Amass a full understanding of all functions of managers and Assistant Directors
  • -Organize marketing and sales trainings based on each clients’ goals
  • -Gain, mentor, and develop team members of all levels
  • -All functions related to marketing and customer service
  • -Learn the basics of recruiting, conducting job interviews, and retaining quality applicants
  • -Administrative and human resources related tasks

Market Managers are in charge of overseeing offices in territories across the United States. Each office is comprised of 10-15 team members.
Responsibilities include:
• Introduce new strategies in the search for new talent, including the interviewing and recruiting process
• Motivate all sales and marketing team members to meet or exceed predetermined revenue goals
• Guide the personal development of others through constructive feedback
• Establish client expectations regarding any changes in campaign parameters
• Various administrative tasks
• Plan weekly conference calls dealing with all functions of the sales, customer service, and marketing programs
• Payroll computation

Our Assistant Director position is intended to offer throughout training in the various functions of the management team. This role is meant to be brief as all Assistant Directors are on an expedited schedule into management.
Responsibilities include:
• Create all territory assignments and distributions
• Train less experienced team members on basic product knowledge
• Engage in classroom style The KaizenMG Approach
• Execute all marketing and sales techniques as requested by various clients
• Develop new strategies for retention
• Marinating direct communication with all clients and relaying information to other team members as needed

The Corporate Manager is responsible for directly overseeing all the employees on the specific account that they are working. Responsibilities include:

· Execute all marketing and sales techniques as requested by various clients
· Develop new strategies for retention
· Marinating direct communication with all clients and relaying information to other team members as needed

The Event Marketing Assistant will be working directly in one of our retailers, marketing and promoting products to consumers.
Responsibilities include:
• Strong customer service
• Direct marketing and lead generation
• Ability to explain product information in great detail and in a variety of different ways
• Conduct classroom style training for other retail sales associates

Our Brand Ambassadors are in charge of all direct sales that occur on behalf of our clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Direct product marketing and sales
• Acquire complex product knowledge with the ability to communicate this information in the appropriate forum
• Participate in sales meetings
• Achieve aggressive performance goals regularly

We aim to give any candidate the opportunity to experience business and marketing in a corporate setting through our internship program. We do not place high importance on background or prior experience, as our goal is to introduce young people to a business environment.
