About the CEO
T.J. Graves believes he was born an entrepreneur. At the age of 6 he sold snacks and sodas to the neighborhood kids. As a preteen he transitioned to trading and selling gaming cards.
"I never really looked at it as being an entrepreneur when I was younger, I just wanted to make some money to buy things I wanted" said Graves.
At the age of 2 Graves decided that he wanted to play in the NFL, at the age of 3, he began training. While playing for Texas Tech, at the age of 19, Graves discovered his love of music and switched paths.
"Most people ask do I feel like I wasted 16 years of my life. They find it shocking when I say no. I learned how important discipline is. I learned how to work ethic, how to commit and dedicate time to a goal. I learned to pay attention to detail. All great skills that I believe those who want more must learn" said Graves
Football led Graves to music and music led to business and marketing. In the midst of the music Graves unveiled how important marketing is for any business. He began studying. Studying lead to implementing. Implementing lead to helping small businesses, gyms and music artists build their brands. Later Graves developed a connection with a new mentor who would help him sharpen his skills and connect him with bigger more established clients. A year later KaizenMG was born.
Graves is now spreading that knowledge to others "in hopes to educate others on creating a better lifestyle where they can enjoy financial independence."
